Genealogy Databases and Beyond: Search Techniques for Family Historians
This presentation will firstly look at search techniques for use with standard genealogy databases such as Ancestry and Findmypast and then move beyond these to examine other very useful websites. The focus will be on how search techniques can be applied to online newspaper archives, archives of digitized books and journals, archive and library catalogues and even consider searching for DNA test results.
