Following these first steps should help you to get started uncovering your family's story. One of the most exciting things about genealogy, though, is that there's always more to discover - from breaking down a challenging 'brick wall' to making the most of new records available online.
 
If this is your first time to the show, you may wish to purchase our Beginner Ticket. At £21, it includes helpful email guides to the event and allows you to book three of our beginner workshops in advance. This will make it easier to get the most out of the show and plan your day more effectively. This ticket also includes a free copy of Who Do You Think You Are? Magazine and a tree planner to keep a visual record of your family tree.
