Liz Palmer is a freelance genealogist and heritage researcher at Greenhill Genealogy in Birmingham. She had nearly 10 years’ experience working within Birmingham Archives and Heritage at the Library of Birmingham and whilst there gained a Post-graduate Diploma in Genealogical Studies from the University of Strathclyde. A member of the Register of Qualified Genealogists and Association of Professional Genealogists she now undertakes a variety of research work for individual and corporate clients, delivers family history workshops and talks, has contributed to WDYTYA? magazine and has been UK contributor to the Roots Bid blog. Liz is also a member of the Birmingham based People’s Heritage Co-operative and works on a variety of local heritage projects.
