Dr Gill Draper is the Events and Development Officer for the British Association for Local History. She teaches local and landscape history for the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church Uni, and is a convenor of the Locality and Region seminar, University of London. Her research and publications cover the eighth to the nineteenth centuries. but at heart she is a medievalist! Gill is keen to help people find and read the documents and sources of all periods which will open up the lives of their ancestors.
