There are a number of ways that you can promote your presence at the event. We can work with you to ensure that you make the most of the following opportunities and therefore benefit from a busy stand and a profitable show. Please read this section carefully as it is designed to explain the opportunities and to help you complete the necessary forms.

As one of our exhibtiors we would like to offer you a ticket offer to give to your subscribers, readers and customers. Please use the code EX28 for two tickets for £28. For more details and help on how to share this code simply email: or call +44 0117 300 8167.

T&Cs: This offer is only valid using the code EX28 and based on standard entry tickets only. Calls cost 13p per minute plus network charges and lines are open 24 hours a day.

All exhibitors will receive a FREE entry in the show guide to promote your company in the Show Guide. Please complete Form 5 by Friday 27 Jan in ‘Forms’ to ensure we have the correct information from you for your FREE entry. The guide will contain information on all the exciting features, celebrities and entertainment and will be available to purchase at the show by visitors. As well as your free listing, Exhibitors have the opportunity to advertise or upgrade your listing in the Guide to increase your company’s exposure.

An upgraded listing includes your full colour logo, website URL plus hyperlink, 75 word description, address and contact details on an eye-catching blue tint in the Show Guide and on our website.

You also have the option to advertise in the Show Guide with a range of different formats.

We would encourage you to promote your presence at the show as much as you can and are happy to provide materials and advice to help you do this.

We would encourage you to run ‘competitions’ and giveaways to your members to encourage them to come to the show. If you are interested in working with us on these please contact Sarah Mccann (as above) as we can offer FREE tickets to the show as a prize.

All exhibitors will receive a WDYTYA? Live press pack to help you promote your presence at the show, containing:

  • Advice on press releases and how to write these
  • A standard press release template.
  • Information on which media to target.
  • A press release - an updated version will be circulated amongst exhibtiors leading up to the show with new announcements and highlights.

If you have any information which may be of interest to the show itself for us to talk about and offer support across our channels (Facebook, Twitter and email) then please let us know by filling in Form 6. Useful information could be your latest company news, your products and services on offer at the show, personalities who will be attending, awards, anniversaries, product launches and competitions – anything you consider a newsworthy story. It would be helpful to include photographs. We will endeavor to include all submissions within our marketing and press campaign so please send these through to us as soon as possible so we can plan these in.

We would just like to remind you that it is important that you operate independently to gain maximum exposure for your stand at the show. This is best done by keeping journalists updated with current information. You could perhaps even invite them to your stand on the basis of a launch, interviews or prize draw?

Each exhibiting company will receive 10 complimentary tickets to the show. These will be sent out 4 weeks before the event. Please note that these are not valid exhibitor passes and will not be accepted by security on the door during set-up and break down. Exhibitor passes should be ordered seperately through form three
