The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) are the main set of regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects.

A Construction Phase Plan must be submitted for all Space-only stands as part of the new CDM regulations that have come into place for events. For more information please download the CDM Resource Pack here.

During the build-up and breakdown, known as construction phase, all personnel on site will be required to wear high visibility jackets.

A Construction Phase Plan will have to be completed by all Space Only stands before exhibitor passes can be provided.
