With so many fantastic show features, it's difficult to decide how best to spend your day, so we've selected some show highlights for you. Whether you're new to family history, or have been researching for years, simply click on the menu on the left to see our recommendations for a great day out.

If you're researching births, marriages and deaths, parish registers or have started researching recently, you'll probably find the show highlights for Level 1 most relevant.

If you know the occupation or place of residence of your ancestors, or have started looking at your ancestors' lives in more depth, you'll probably find the show highlights for Level 2 most relevant.

If you have traced your ancestors back before the census years, are researching migrant ancestors or are looking at more in-depth social history around your ancestors' lives, you'll probably find the show highlights for Level 3 most relevant.

However, many of you will find you fall under more than one category, so do use these show highlights as a recommendation only, and make sure you explore and enjoy the entire event.
